Buffers: Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column and eluted out with both high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately after elution then followed by dialysis against PBS.
|
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8ºC for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
|
Application: Tested by peptide-specific ELISA (1:1,000).
WB (1:100 ~1:500), IHC (1:50 ~1:100)

Immunogen: KLH conjugated synthetic peptide comprised of amino acids 1 - 10 [MADFEELRNM] of the human Msx-interacting-zinc finger (MIZ1) [N-terminus] protein.

Accession number:
NM_004671
|
Description: Msx-interacting-zinc finger (MIZ1) is a member of the mammalian PIAS [protein inhibitor of activated STAT (signal transducer and activator of transcription)] family which contains a putative zinc-binding motif and a highly acidic region. MIZ1 is strongly similar to murine MIz1 and may stimulate transcription. Expression of Miz1 increases during hematopoietic differentiation and Miz1 activates the p21 promoter under conditions of low Myc levels.
