Rabbit
Reactivity:
Human
Buffers:
Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column and eluted out with both high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately after elution then followed by dialysis against PBS.

Maintain refrigerated at 2-8ºC for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Application:
Tested by peptide-specific ELISA (1:1,000). WB (1:100 ~1:500)
Immunogen:
KLH conjugated synthetic peptide comprised of amino acids 166 - 180 [DPPGAPHTEEEGAED] of the human neuroblastoma suppression of tumorigenicity 1 (NBL1) protein.
Accession number:
NM_005380
Description:
The neuroblastoma suppression of tumorigenicity protein 1 (NBL1), also called DAN, acts as an inhibitor of cell cycle progression and is closely involved in retinoic acid-induced neuroblastoma differentiation. NBL1 as well as p73, a p53 family member, is up-regulated during osteoblast differentiation and expression of NBL1 increases in response to cisplatin-induced cell death of neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells. A functional association between NBL1 and p73 may exist during osteoblast differentiation as well as cisplatin-induced cell death.
Alternative Name(s):
