Host: Chicken
Reactivity: human
Buffers: Purified chicken polyclonal antibody supplied in PBS with 0.09% (W/V) sodium azide. This antibody is purified through a protein G column and eluted out with both high and low pH buffers and neutralized immediately after elution then followed by dialysis against PBS.
Storage: Maintain refrigerated at 2-8ºC for up to 6 months. For long term storage store at -20ºC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Application: Tested by peptide-specific ELISA (1:1,000).
Immunogen: Partial protein comprised of amino acids 616 - 728 of the human MAP/microtubule affinity-regulating kinase 3 (MARK3) protein.

Description: CDC42 binding protein kinase beta (CDC42BPB) is a member of the serine/threonine portein kinase family. CDC42BPB contains a Cdc42/Rac-binding p21 binding domain resembling that of PAK kinase. The kinase domain of CDC42BPB is most closely related to that of myotonic dystrophy kinase-related ROK. CDC42BPB seems to act as a downstream effector of Cdc42 in cytoskeletal reorganization.
